LuRayne and I had a week in New York City a couple of years ago and it was an eye-opening experience. I don't believe I ever saw so much concrete in any one place in my life. The city met every thought I ever had about it. It was big, busy, diverse, and the people there "tawked" funny compared to our mid - west and western accents. We stayed around the corner from Ground Zero which was, even in this busy place, the saddest place that I have ever visited.

Hey Dad! Way to join us in the wonderful world of blogging! Nice picture of New York City. I enjoy the city a lot but I would not want to live there, it is just too big and busy. Ground Zero is also the saddest place i've ever been. Last time I was there I was there no more than 4 mins and I burst quietly into tears. Saddness fills the air.
O.k. Dada its time to blog it up! Tag, you are it! The rules are on my blog...
